Here's something that look delicious and seems simple to prep and cook.
Can be pre-packed by mixing the flour, baking powder and spices in ziplock bags. Ingredients are easy to purchase and carry as well.
When preparing it outfield, you can simply mix and knead everything in the ziplock bag. NO MESS at all..
I will try cooking this (with some variations) when I go camping in November and share the experience with all.
For now , if anyone is interested, can give this recipe a try at home:
1 x camp stove or grill for cooking over an open fire.
1 x skillet or fry pan
300g strong white flour
1 (heaped) tbsp. baking powder
½ tsp. sea salt
3 tbsp. olive oil (or rice bran)
Dried rosemary, thyme, fennel, or seeds (optional spices)
Water

Looks yummy.
I think better to cook and taste test at home first before doing it at outfield.
