As an active community first aider, I note that it is very common for individuals to share what are the contents of their first aid kits, be it home first aid kit, individual first aid kit or vehicle first aid kit.
Whether you are carrying a small first aid pouch, backpack or trauma bag, do you have a packing logic in how you organise your first aid / medical items?
Share them here!
If you are curious on what to pack for a particular activity nature, shout out here too!

Re: Packing Logic for your first aid kit
what would you put into a basic first aid kit for GHB?
bearing in mind SG is only 42+ KM across.
First in mind really is an assortment of bandages, 1 FAD, simple medication like paracetamol, antihistamine, Diarrhea meds like Dhamotil etc.
Always thought the Daiso FAK is a good start, add some Zyrtec, Panadol, Dhamotil, and some Refresh eye drop.
opinions?

Re: Packing Logic for your first aid kit
Currently, I have a small Pentagon IFAK that I carry around all the time. Inside it are:
1. 1X FAD
2. Several waterproof bandages
3. 2X Melolin patches
4. 1X CPR mask (BCLS trained, but likely not to use it because BCLS has not been refreshed in a while)
5. Several alcohol swabs
6. 2X Saline bottles
7. Tiny scissors (will likely not use this, but it came with the kit)
8. 1X pack of Betadine iodine swabs (they look like cotton buds - something like this: https://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1CH ... CAc&uact=5)
9. A whistle
10. Gloves
As for medication, I usually have them in my EDC.
