What's in your first aid kit?

Hi,

Just wondering what's in your first aid kit pouch?

here are the items in mine:
1. nitrile gloves
2. tourniquet
3. pressure bandage
4. hemostatic gauze
5. compressed gauze
6. elastic bandage
7. 2inch surgical tape
8. assorted small items like band-aids, antibiotic cream etc
9. assorted meds
10. spare personal meds

also in my FAK: my other barang barang

in my survival pouch (i put these separately, as i travel often, so just before my flight it will go into my check-in luggage and right after i exit the customs at my destination, it goes back into my backpack): trauma shear & my other tools + barang barang

So basically, i will have these two pouches in my backpack most of the time. in my backpack, also have a few other barang barang
